The Maryland SDU recently put together Blessings Bags for less fortunate families. These bags were filled with necessities like deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hats, and gloves. The Maryland SDU donated the bags to Night of Peace Family Shelter, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting homeless families with children. They provide emergency shelter, case management, meals, showers, laundry facilities, and other necessities to help families transition to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. The Maryland SDU consistently sets a wonderful example of SMI’s Faith value!
